Our signature celebration cake, sweetened only with 70% dark chocolate, enriched with a light espresso touch, without flour.

Also, Gluten Free. (Not suitable for celiac patients due to the risk of cross contamination.)

It is prepared in a standard mold, for 10-12 servings.
