Our multi-layered and multi-textured Entremet cake using French Pastry techniques, prepared with Nutella Mousse, Buckwheat Crispy Praline, Dacquoise Cake and Cocoa Tart Base.

Also, Gluten Free. (Not suitable for celiac patients due to the risk of cross contamination.)

It is prepared in a special 3D mold, for 8-10 servings.

Minimum preparation time is 3 days.
